Being Consistent is Easy

Being consistent is easy

Mr. Consistent when it comes to Content

With our new Website launch, we reached the end of our rebranding journey.

And we thought it would be right to share our approach to the 'Content' side of things.

Putting yourself out there is key, and the way you do it in the digital arena is by creating new content and publishing it.

With the right voice to speak out about yourself, across platforms.

But for that, you need structure, you need ‘Pillars’.

What is a Content Pillar and Why You Should Care

The world of blogging is very much alive and well.

How do we know?

According to a recent study...

  • 77% of people online regularly read blogs

  • Around 7 million blog posts are published every day.

  • 67% of bloggers who post daily are successful.

  • Blog articles with 3000+ words get better results.

With the blog-o-sphere being so saturated, it can be difficult to laser in on your content strategy.

This is where Content pillars lift you up

Content pillars are sets of themes or topics designed around your brand’s space and ideology. Which you can use to create posts for your target audience across platforms, repurposing as much as possible.

Basically, it's a huge piece of content that you can turn into many smaller pieces of content.

For example - if your main pillar is about ‘Ecommerce Checkout’, the sub-clustering pages would cover topics such as “Best Practices to improve checkout experience” or “Why consumers prefer 1 click checkouts” etc.

Like this -

Covering the same area, directing toward 1 single objective - Retargeting perception toward a better Checkout experience.

Here are some content pillars you can get started with today:

  • The “what is” : A detailed explanation of a complex subject in wavelength to your brand/product/service, broken down into segments.

Example: RTOs- What is an RTO- What affects RTO rates- What are the various ways to reduce RTO

  • The “how-to” : A step-by-step article that provides your audience with detailed information about implementing one of your services.

Example: Influence of WhatsApp, Instagram & Facebook

How the above platforms can be brought together with an Omnichannel system to reach a brand’s audience better.

  • The “ultimate guide” : A comprehensive time-bound analysis of every aspect of a topic.

Example: Holidays are an important time for brands, so, one can share the ultimate guide to what is necessary or vital

  • The “listicle” : A small content piece listing the key aspects/points about a single subject.

Example: A Thread listing out why M commerce is key

That’s the end of our talk on 'Being Consistent is Easy'...
